Working in a Group
Working in a group is something you need to get use to. Not only in school but outside of that, in your job too. Personally I work better in a group. I like the feedback and responses people have about my ideas. In groups you have the advantage of not only getting your work done correctly but also getting to know the people in it and getting to be more comfortable around new people. The disadvantages are that you may really not work well in groups that you work a lot better by yourself, also getting stuck in a group with someone specifically that you don’t work well with.

I agree that working in groups is better. It is good to get that feedback from other people. It's good that you pointed out that working in groups is something you have to get used to, and that it isn't something you just use in school but also outside of school like at work.
ReplyDeleteYou brought up a good point I never thought about it as working in groups outside of just school but also in work. Group work is everywhere. It’s needed all the time in any situation. But I agree strongly with you, working in a group with someone you don’t like is very difficult to overcome.

ReplyDeleteI also like to work in groups for the same reasons. I like it when people correct my errors because I learn from it. I also like to hear other people's opinions and ideas, because they could potentially be better than mine are.
ReplyDeleteYeah groups are probably one of the best ways to get to know the people in your class and is one of the best reasons to work in a group.
